It takes minutes to do and can be a big time saver. So now we're in the habit of checking that the location in the account matches our GPS location. Now I don’t presume this will be a big issue but it did happen again to us at another job site. So with a quick adjustment inside the Starlink account and voila, it started working, the red light stayed out, speeds also improved hitting over 200Mb speeds. As it turned out we checked the profile settings in the Starlink Account and found the address was out by 10 miles, it was several Canadian township roads away. It would run 150Mb, then 7Mb, then the red light would flash on. This was a tough one to figure out as it booted up and worked fine but then would go out a few minutes later, repeating this cycle over and over no matter what adjustments I made. EERO ROUTER RED LIGHT UPDATE
You can even set the eero to automatically update software versions. Now, you can access the eero app from any device and toggle the LED on or off. From the list of options, select the ‘Eero Network’ tab. Then, open the app and tap the ‘Settings’ button. To enable the eero app, you must be signed in to your eero account. The eero app also allows you to switch the LED light off. Then, click the ‘Shut’ tab and select ‘Shut’. Once the eero unit is open, click on the ‘Settings’ menu and select ‘LED light’. To disable the LED light, open the app and click the eero unit you wish to use. If you have a slow internet connection, you might see the red or amber light indicating that there is a problem with the network. To turn off the light, simply switch to the Schedule or Off settings. The blue light means the eero device is working. To enable the eero LED status light, use the app to toggle its status. If they’re not, make sure to reconnect everything to the Eero app. After restarting the device, make sure that all other devices connected to it have the correct cables and ports. If your modem is still not working, you should contact your ISP to see if they can do anything to resolve the problem. If your Eero isn’t working, you should first attempt to restart your modem.
Fortunately, if you’ve tried these steps, you’re nearly guaranteed to fix the issue on your own. If you’re still experiencing issues, you can also try contacting customer support to get your unit fixed. If these are both connected, restart your modem and router. If you’re using Wi-Fi, check that your router and modem are connected securely. The second thing to do is to contact your Internet Service Provider. If this doesn’t help, you can try to call Eero support and request a new router.
EERO ROUTER RED LIGHT INSTALL
When the LED changes to a blue flash, you can then access the App install wizard to reinstall your Mesh devices. To hard reset your Mesh device, hold the reset button until the LED flashes red, and then release it. Wait a few seconds for the network to re-establish itself, and then try connecting again. A hard reset will clear all network configurations, clear its session and logs, and remove the Mesh device from your network. To do this, first unplug all the Eeros from the wall and then reconnect them to the Wi-Fi network. This can fix any connectivity issues and make your network run more smoothly. The first thing to do if your Eero isn’t working properly is to reboot the device. If you don’t have any problems connecting to the WiFi, make sure that you’ve plugged in the modem. If the device does not display a user interface, you’ll need to troubleshoot the network. If there is no internet connection, you’ll have to reset the eero and reconnect to the network.
To test if your eero is working, you must plug it into the network and connect to the Internet.
